Ramsau 5 Mountain Hut Hiking Trail
The trail leads from the town of Ramsau am Dachstein to the mountain pastures at the foot of the mighty Gletscherberg at almost 3,000 metres above sea level. Five rustic, immaculately run mountain hut inns await you on this trek, which is also a circuit. But don't just leave Ramsau behind you, the town has an interesting history. From there the main trail leads you along forest paths and across mountain pastures and meadows. Tip: You can travel back to the town of Ramsau by bus from the glacier cable car valley station.
