Runner bean tour
A journey through Eastern Styria. A varied circuit through Eastern Styria with sections through Europe's largest apple-producing area, via the Eastern Styrian Roman Wine Route and the town of Gleisdorf. Along the way there are beneficial opportunities to cool off: on the one hand, the Feistritz Gorge, perhaps the best known section of cycling trail, and on the other hand, the waters of the Stubenbergsee with its extensive leisure facilities.
There are numerous cycling tours in and around St. Ruprecht an der Raab, at the heart of the Raab Valley in Eastern Styria, not far from Graz. They lead into and through the garden of Austria, as Eastern Styria is lovingly known.
Numerous cycling circuits have established themselves around the Raab Valley Cycling Trail, which leads from the Almenland into Styrian Spa Country in the southeast of Styria. These are an ideal complement for a relaxing active holiday in Eastern Styria. The numerous wine taverns and apple orchards on the tour invite you to make a pleasant stop-off along the way.
