The Nordic walking centre of Oberwölz invites you to take one of 4 different routes on impressive treks through the Wölzertal. Licensed by the NWO (Nordic Walking Organisation Austria), all treks offer training for all levels of ability in the wonderful outdoors. The rhythmic hiking with Nordic walking poles uses 90% of your muscles, relaxes your mind and soul and is suitable fitness training for all ages.
