Palfau Waterhole Gorge
Canyons, rocky pools and 5 waterfalls make the Palfauer Wasserlochklamm in the Gesäuse National Park an experience for the whole family. The Wasserlochklamm is amongst Austria's most intoxicating natural phenomena. Climbing up to it, you cover a total vertical distance of 300 metres. The entrance to the gorge can be reached via a steel rope suspension bridge, which stretches 65 metres across the River Salza, 20 metres up. All bridges and ladders are safe and the circuit is accessible from spring to autumn.
